Henry Martinez, FNP

Henry Martinez, FNP is a Nurse Practitioner who is one of our Orthopedic Specialists seeing patients in San Marcos, TX and Wimberley, TX.

Henry Martinez is a San Marcos native and alumnus of San Marcos High School, Class of 1994.  He is a 4th generation San Marcos resident, a Leadership San Marcos graduate, and is active within the St. Anthony’s Catholic Church community. Henry joined Dr. Christopher Jimenez with Live Oak Health Partners as a Nurse Practitioner in 2018.  Prior to joining Live Oak, Henry was employed for over 10 years with what is now Christus Santa Rosa San Marcos.

 

After graduating from San Marcos High School, Henry received his Associates Degree in Nursing from Austin Community College in 2004.  He then went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.  In 2017, he graduated with a Masters of Science in Nursing with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington.  In January 2018, Henry became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and joined Live Oak Health Partners. Henry is privileged to add husband and father of four to his list of achievements and currently resides in Hays County.

Dr Jimenez and his staff are amazing. Dr. Jimenez replaced both of my hip joints the left in December and the right in June. I had a lot of arthritis and no cartilage and a bone spur.
